Booking
All lesson bookings are on a subscription payment basis.
If you have booked a single lesson, you will be charged automatically on a weekly basis.
If you have booked our bulk lessons, you will be charged automatically every 4 weeks.
Notice if you wish to cancel the subscription, this will need to be given in writing to the business team a minimum of 14 days before the next payment due date.
You will be assigned a tutor. The first lesson will be an assessment to gauge what will be required throughout the future lessons.
Please note, pre-booked class bookings are non refundable under any circumstances, including accidental bookings. If you have to cancel or change your appointment, just let us know by getting in touch. If you inform us less than 24 hours before your scheduled time, you will lose your payment and we cannot guarantee we’ll be able to slot you in.
Cancellation
At Radons we will try are best to accommodate your needs.
Can’t make your appointment due to emergency? You can reschedule on the same day by getting in touch with your assigned tutor or the business team. This is only permitted on the same day as your appointment. If the appointment date passes, we will not be able to reschedule it and you will lose your week’s lesson payment.
Tutors will aim to give at least a weeks notice if lesson are needed to be re-scheduled. If in case of an emergency lessons will be re-assigned to another tutor for that lesson. Otherwise, monies already paid will be carried over to the next possible session.
We understand the desire to take breaks during important holiday periods and are flexible with having lessons re-scheduled in this time. We ask that you provide notice to the business team or your tutor 2 weeks in advance for any pre-scheduled holidays so that payment can be paused appropriately. In addition, please also provide details of when you will be looking to resume.
Late arrivals
We understand that due to your busy schedule, you may find yourself running late. If you think you are going to be late, please contact your tutor as soon as possible or let the Radons business team know.
If you are over 30 minutes late to your lesson, it will be cancelled and your lesson payment for that day will be lost. The lesson will therefore resume in that of which is pre-booked next.
